A recent episode in the My Life series broadcast on BBC1 and the CBBC channel focused on two amputee children who have been given the opportunity to have hi-tech limbs.
Eleven-year-old Anton lost his arm in an accident, while Olivia had meningitis when she was two, and her survival depended upon amputation of both her legs and one of her arms. The programme focuses on the start of a journey for the two children to get the latest in high-tech designer limbs and finds out what difference this makes to their lives.
